How many screenplays may I submit?
As many as you like, however, you must pay a separate application fee for each submission.
Can I submit my work online?
TheSlickScript only accepts electronic submissions. After selecting the
type of service you would like to receive on your script (located on
the “Services” page) email us your work. Email your script to info@theslickscript.net
What file formats do you accept?
PDF and Word Documents only.
Should the email’s subject be specified?
Please title your subject as “SUBMISSION: TITLE OF WORK”.
Do you accept cash or check? Unfortunately we only accept credit card via Paypal
What is the turn around time? Typically it will take us about
two weeks to return your script. If you do not receive a script within
a month you will receive a full refund and free coverage.
Our turnaround time for the essay service is around 48 hours.
If I disagree with your coverage can I get a refund? No. This is a subjective service, and not all comments will always be agreeable.
Who are the readers?
Our readers are also screenwriters. They are well educated professionals
that have attended top schools and have also worked in various
production and theater companies.
Do you guarantee that I will sell my script after using your service?
No, but we will try to help you improve your work by offering our analysis.
Is my script safe with TheSlickScript.com? Absolutely. As
fellow screenwriters, we understand better than anybody the importance of script protection. For your safety; however, it is your sole responsibility to either copyright your work or register it with the WGA.
